BREAKAGES & RETURNS

If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your purchase, or if there is any damage to the bottles en route, please let us know as soon as possible.

OUT OF CONDITION BOTTLES

If there is a bottle of wine in your order that is out of condition for whatever reason, please keep the remainder of that bottle and contact us immediately. We will consider the bottle and replace/refund where necessary.

 

REFUNDS

Once the return has been inspected, we shall notify you if the refund has been approved. The refund will be sent through to the original method of payment.
